Processing Time: Once you place an order, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation: After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number (if applicable), so you can track your order’s journey.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping options. The shipping method you select will determine the delivery time and cost.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on specific orders, or orders above a certain amount. Free shipping eligibility will be clearly stated on the website during checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States, depending on the destination.
Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, and the specific delivery time will depend on the carrier and destination.
Express Shipping: Typically delivers within 1-2 business days, depending on the destination. Express shipping is also available for an additional fee.
International Shipping: At this time, KLEPSOPIC primarily ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we may consider international shipping options in the future.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Delivery Areas: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Certain rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For customers outside the United States, please check back for potential future international shipping options.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available). You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any questions about tracking, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will assist in processing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
Lost Items: If your shipment is lost, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier, and if the package cannot be located, we will work with you to resolve the situation. In some cases, we may issue a replacement or refund.
8. Shipping Errors
If the shipping address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, KLEPSOPIC is not responsible for the lost or delayed shipment. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Correct Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. KLEPSOPIC is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Acceptance: You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the provided shipping address to accept the delivery. In case of missed deliveries, please follow up with the carrier for redelivery or pickup.
